TERMS & CONDITIONS

TICKET & BOOKING TERMS

  • Ticketing Deadline may be changed & reassigned by Airline (could be earlier or later than the stated deadline). Certain Airlines may issue last minute deadline (less than 24 hours notice & in the event that this happen during weekend or public holidays, there will not be notifications from the consultant).
  • Air fare quoted is subject to change as determined by Airline without prior notice.
  • Airport taxes & fuel surcharges quoted subject to change as determined by Airline without prior notice. Variations will be reflected based on the time of issuance of ticket.
  • Once ticketed, amendment & cancellation will be subjected to amendment & cancellation charges, as determined by Airline. In addition, subject to admin fee of not more than RM 100/pax/change.
  • NO NAME CHANGE/SUBSTITUTION!
  • If no confirmation / instruction given for issuance of ticket before indicated deadline, booking will be auto cancelled by airline/system.
  • There will not be follow up reminder call/email after this email.
  • If there is any discrepancy, please inform the consultant as soon as possible, else, any charges required to rectify the booking after issuance of ticket will be borne by passengers. If consultant is not being notified about any discrepancy through fax / email, it is deemed that the latest fax / email copy of itinerary as confirmed and correct.
  • Re-booking due to expiry of deadline or discrepancy of booking is subject to availability and validity of fare & booking class.
  • Ticketing instruction / confirmation is to be given in fax / email and to be sent & reached the consultant on the last working day / hour before the deadline.
  • Once booking is ticketed, passengers deemed to agree with the cost & full payment is required irrespective to whether there will be any subsequent amendment or cancellation.
  • Refund on cancelled ticket is subject to terms & conditions of airline. Refund will only be provided after the amount is being reimbursed by airline / agent to EDEN TOURS. Refund will take on average 2 weeks to 3 months, although some airline may take longer than that. EDEN TOURS requires additional 2 weeks to process the refund. No contra of refund value with outstanding invoice amount is allowed. Refund will only be processed by EDEN TOURS after the invoice full amount has been paid and settled for.

TRAVELING DOCUMENTS

  • Please ensure passenger posses and produce valid government issued documents such as Identity Card / Passport with sufficient validity (e.g. min 6 months to cover entire journey), whichever document is required
  • Please ensure passenger has valid Visa to enter the destination and cover the entire journey including those transit / stop over flights and also to return to point of origin
  • Information relating to passport and Visa provided by EDEN TOURS shall be used as reference purpose only. The accuracy of information can not be guaranteed as the information / rules may be changed / revised by respective governments/agencies without prior notice
  • As requested by Airline, for one way ticket booking to other countries, valid permit/visa/documents that allows passenger to stay beyond Tourist's allowable time frame must be produced & shown to EDEN TOURS before ticket can be issued.
  • Most Countries’ Visa processing time is about 3 to 7 working days but does not applied to all. Please double check on this information AS SOON AS YOU HAVE BOOK YOUR TICKET.

PAYMENT METHOD

  • Cash in Ringgit Malaysia
  • Cheque payment - Must reach EDEN / bank into our designated bank account by at least 4 working days before the issuance of ticket/deadline. (should we put our bank a/c number here? In the website)
  • For Customer-own-bank-in payment, proof of payment/bank in receipt must be sent to consultant by fax/email/in person at least 4 working days before the issuance of ticket/deadline.
  • Online Credit Card (Visa / Master Card only) & subject to 3% surcharge on transaction amount (no offline authorization transaction)
  • Customer will bear all the bank charges / commissions and ensure the amount being bank into our account is as per the amount indicated in the statements.
  • We reserved the right to charge passenger on the charges being imposed by the Bank due to declined cheque for reasons such as incorrect signature, wrongly or non dated cheque, wrong/inaccurate payee name, insufficient fund, inaccurate wordings and others.  

DELIVERY OF TICKETS (no sure if you wanna put this)
As we are not a dispatch & logistic company, hence, the delivery service is only provided as value added service to you. Hence, we need your co-operation with our dispatch policies so to make our dispatch services more efficient and to avoid disappointment. Your corporation & understanding in this is much appreciated.

  • Dispatch & Pick up of tickets/documents are at passenger's own arrangement. No Delivery of tickets to be provided unless for authorized & qualified accounts.
  • For authorized & qualified accounts, dispatch service is only available for Klang Valley area and will take up to 2 working days (exclude the day that the dispatch service is being arranged) and during 0900 to 1730 hours from Mon to Fri & 0900 to 1300 hours for Saturday.  No dispatch service before or after office hour and during non working days & public holidays.  We will not be able to guarantee the exact time of delivery.
  • For urgent same day or next day dispatch service, it is subject to additional RM20/delivery. Same Day dispatch service is only available if confirmed by 1000 hour of the day (only applicable for Monday to Friday) else the delivery will only be arranged for next working day.
  • Urgent 1 day or next day service is subject to availability and the accuracy of the service can not be guaranteed. If the service can not be met, the additional RM 10/delivery will be waived.
  • Please ensure there will be someone to receive the documents. Else, documents will be dropped into the post box without acknowledgement receipt and we will not be responsible for any lost documents.
  • For non Klang Valley area, the dispatch service will be provided by 3rd party and is subject to the 3rd party provider's cost & delivery time frame & terms & conditions.
